- Minimum Order $100.00: You may combine all items to meet $100.00. There will be a $25 service charge on orders less than $100.00. This service charge should not be confused with freight.
- Shipping: Prices & subtotals do not include freight. Actual shipping charges are added upon shipment. We generally process and pack in-stock items within 3-5 business days. We ship orders from multiple locations and transit time may vary depending on location. Please allow enough transit time.
We will try to process RUSH orders as soon as possible if indicated. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for back order items and orders requiring custom colors, imprinting, etc. Shipments are made freight collect via best carrier. We reserve the right to substitute carriers in order to make fast shipments. We do not ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service). Shipments are charged handling
$1.00 per carton (minimum $2.50 per order).
- Returns: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Before returning product you must call us to receive a RMA authorization number. Return authorizations must be issued within 14 days of receipt. Returns are not allowed on any custom orders or orders. To avoid any returns please see sample suggestion below.
- Samples: Please request by style number and color. We encourage you to order a sample of the item you are interested in. Sample request areas can be found on the bottom of every product page or by clicking here. We are no longer accepting sample requests for any jewelry displays & corrugated P.O.P displays.
- Resale Numbers: New Jersey customers must furnish resale certificates with your first order. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged.

- Volume Discounts: Our discounts are offered on stock items only, not applicable custom made or custom printed
products, or on the materials used in creating custom items, such as plates & set-up costs.
